Description

Our organic Canadian maple syrup is a premium, grade A, natural product, containing no colourants or additives.

Located in Quebec, Canada, the Erabliere Escuminac enjoys a unique climate and terroir.

This centuries-old sugarwood, located less than 5 km from the sea, is swept by the salty air of the Atlantic Ocean, which brings a subtle saltiness to the syrups.

At the start of the season, the syrup is generally clear and the taste is slightly sweet. As the season progresses, it becomes darker and more caramelised.

Our Maple syrup has been selected as original ingredient by the gastronomic Chefs, pastry chefs and mixologists in the U.K., Canada, USA and France.
